Books

As a new teacher, we are just starting to build our classroom library. We are always looking for age-appropriate books. These may include chapter books and short stories. These also may include various forms of literature including poetry books and more. For more information, check out our book wish list.

We use board games for indoor recess as well as class rewards. These are some games that we could use:

3 Ring Binders

1 inch rings, the kind with the clear plastic on the outsides that hold paper for covers

Poster Size Post-It Paper

We use poster paper to create visual learning experiences. This may include anything from drawing plant and animal cells, planets, or different kinds of graphs. These pads are great because they can just be stuck on the wall without the need for tape.

20 Qt. Sterelite Containers

With so much going on in our class, it is important to stay organized. These containers are the perfect size for storage in our room.

Hand Sanitizer

GermX or generic branded alcohol based sanitizer is important for keeping a healthy environment.
